Hi, I am Christi Cossette

A finance transformation executive, strategic and transformational leader, executive advisor, and transformation coach. Not only do I run my own consulting business leading end to end transformations focused on FP&A and Order to Cash Optimization, but I am also an international best selling author, a speaker, and an executive advisor / transformation coach to powerhouse women. I founded the Powerhouse Women Network and am passionate about supporting women leaders as they work to grow and lead their companies, build their teams and expand their influence while simultaneously managing their home life and physical and mental health. I help women make time for what is important to them while having the impact they desire on the world around them. My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and empowerment to my clients. I offer both the accountability and support executives need as they navigate new territory daily.

My superpower is strategic execution. I love solving the most complex problems end to end. I have the ability to identify the big picture, utilize game theory to think ahead of upcoming challenges around the corner, and create step by step action plans to address problems and close the gaps. My Why

I live in the Twin Cities and have been married to my husband, Andy, for 20 years. He is the love of my life and a true partner who supports me with my businesses, writing and anything I dream up next! We have 3 young boys (one with special needs) and I’ve faced the joys and challenges of navigating a demanding career, a busy home life, and various health and relationship challenges. Today I use my Fulfilled Life Formula to build resiliency, purpose and joy in my own life as well as my clients.
