Introducing Christi Cossette

Hello and Welcome! 😀

Since we are just getting to know each other, I wanted to start by introducing myself. I am a wife, a mom, a strategic and transformational leader in the corporate world, and an Empowered Action Coach specializing in helping my clients overcome challenges, build confidence, take focused action, find balance and achieve their BIG goals.

I am passionate about supporting leaders as they work to climb the corporate ladder, grow their business, build their teams, and expand their influence while simultaneously managing their home life and physical and mental health. I help you make time for what is important to you while having the impact you desire on the world! My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and empowerment! No more sitting back while you watch others achieve what you’ve only dreamed of. No more settling!

I am blessed to have a thriving marriage and family life, great friendships, impactful work, and the ENERGY to face each day with passion and purpose. I live in the Twin Cities of Minnesota with my husband Andy (we’ve been married 20 years) and our 3 boys (ages 11, 7, and 6). Our middle son has Down Syndrome, so I have plenty to share on navigating both the blessings and challenges of raising a child with special needs.

In addition, much like you, I’ve dealt with my fair share of challenges including battling imposter syndrome, relationship issues, health challenges, failures, hormone imbalances, other people’s opinions and mommy guilt (to name a few) while also working my way up the corporate ladder, launching a business as an author, speaker and coach and raising a family, investing in my marriage and trying to figure out how to do the laundry, plan our weekly meals, get groceries, keep the house clean and get the kids to school and to all their appointments / activities on time. Trust me when I say I have PLENTY of stories along with tips and tricks on how to do ALL THE THINGS! But above all, my greatest accomplishment is actually ENJOYING each day and building a life I truly love.

It has NOT been easy, but it has been extremely fulfilling and I’m just getting started. If you’re looking for a tribe of leaders who strive for excellence while working toward a future vision beyond their home life (while still knowing their home life is the most important thing they’ll ever do) then you’re in the right place!
