I love doing things that stretch me out of my comfort zone. My motto is DO IT SCARED because so often when I dream of a new plan or goal it’s usually scary and I have no idea how I’m going to pull it off or what it’s going to be like; but I have found so much fulfillment in my life by doing things despite being afraid.
Have you ever felt paralyzed by fear when standing at the edge of something big—an opportunity, a decision, a bold new direction? That moment when your heart races, your mind fills with doubts, and everything in you wants to retreat to safety?
I’ve been there. And if I’ve learned anything, it’s this: fear is not the enemy. Fear is a sign that you’re about to grow.
Most people wait for fear to disappear before taking action. The truth? Fear doesn’t go away. It only shrinks when you move forward despite it. Every major transformation, whether in business, leadership, or life, requires stepping into uncertainty. The difference between those who stay stuck and those who thrive isn’t fearlessness—it’s courage.
So, what’s one thing you’ve been hesitating to do because it scares you? Make the call, send the proposal, launch the idea, raise your hand for the opportunity. Whatever it is, take a small step today.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s acting in spite of it. And every time you do, you become stronger, more confident, and more unstoppable.
Let’s be the kind of people who move forward even when it’s scary. Feel the Fear… and Do It Anyway!
What’s one fear you’re ready to face? What’s your next move outside your comfort zone?
Hit reply and let me know—I’d love to cheer you on.
To bold moves,
Christi
